Contract Business Solutions Analyst

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Contract Business Solutions Analyst in the Oil and Gas Sector in Calgary, Alberta.
This role is part of the Business Solutions department and focuses on system administration, configuration, support, governance, and user enablement for Well View and Site View, as well as business process optimization for Well Delivery.
Total rewards:

$83.00 hourly
6 Months of contract position
5 days on / 2 days off
Work Schedule / Hours 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, no remote work
Pay Rate on T4:$59 to $83 Pay Rate on IC:75$ TO 90$

A typical day:

The position works closely with business users, IT teams, and application vendors to provide technical support, implement effective solutions, and improve application and data performance.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical, with strong behavioral competencies and experience in change management, system support, and well data. Advanced facilitation skills are required to lead meetings, align diverse stakeholder groups, and drive results.
Experience with system administration, governance, application support, and data management across Peloton Allez, WellView, and SiteView
Advanced business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, validation, testing, facilitation, change management, and process modeling.

Successful candidates will have:

Relevant post-secondary education in petroleum, computer science, business analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 10 years of progressive oil and gas experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specific experience supporting WellView and SiteView applications.
Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage application deliverables, including troubleshooting and issue resolution, optimization, configuration, system quality assurance testing, user acceptance testing coordination, and integration monitoring.
