Permanent Community Manager role available downtown Calgary! $65K, start ASAP!Agilus is recruiting for a Community Manager in the property management space in Calgary, Alberta. Our client is looking to hire a Community Manager for their property management team in downtown Calgary. Perfect person for this role has 2+ years of experience in a similar role, and is fluent with Yardi. What's in it for you:- $65000.00 annually
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional resident service by managing inquiries, concerns, and feedback while fostering a welcoming, community-focused environment.
- Oversee key administrative functions including resident records, rent collection, notices, lease processes, inspections, renewals, and documentation.
- Maintain strong operational standards by coordinating work orders, monitoring service quality, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting staff onboarding.
- Support leasing and marketing efforts through resident referrals, prospect qualification, property tours, lease negotiations, and application processing.
- Champion sustainability by promoting energy efficiency, waste reduction, and resident engagement in environmentally responsible initiatives.
Requirements:- 3+ years of related experience with residential property management
- Working knowledge of Yardi
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Knowledge of applicable laws, legislation, and rights concerning resident and landlord relations
