We're looking for a Client Delivery Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, delivering outstanding service, and creating positive experiences for clients, candidates, and contractors. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner, leveraging your staffing expertise, business acumen, and problem-solving skills to drive successful workforce solutions and strengthen long-term client partnerships.

A typical day:- Build and strengthen key client relationships by developing a deep understanding of their business, challenges, and workforce needs while positioning yourself as a trusted advisor across Oil & Gas, Engineering, and Technical sectors
- Deliver workforce solutions that help clients achieve critical business objectives, project milestones, and operational goals
- Drive business growth and profitability through strategic planning, financial management, and the achievement of revenue and operational targets

- Champion operational excellence by leveraging technology, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with quality, health and safety, and legislative requirements
The successful candidate brings:- 3+ years of progressive experience in account management, workforce solutions, staffing, recruitment, or client delivery leadership
- Demonstrated success growing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving financial targets
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive results
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities that foster trust with clients, candidates, and colleagues
- Knowledge of employment legislation, human rights regulations, and staffing industry best practices, combined with a commitment to integrity and service excellence
