Career and Development Coach Needed in SW Calgary!
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Career & Development Coach in the Financial Services Industry in Calgary, Alberta.
Over a short-term engagement, you'll work directly with employees and business leadership to uncover strengths, explore career aspirations, identify development opportunities, and create personalized growth plans that support both individual and business success. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a small, close-knit team. Rather than delivering training programs or developing curriculum, you'll act as a trusted advisor and facilitator, helping employees think intentionally about their future while supporting the organization's long-term goals.
What's in it for you:

$50.00 - $100.00 hourly
Location: SW Calgary
Ongoing consultancy work
Incorporated payroll

Responsibilities:

Meet one-on-one with four employees to understand their current responsibilities, strengths, interests, personal and career goals.
Partner with the business owner to gain insight into business priorities.
Facilitate thoughtful career and development conversations.
Help employees identify meaningful and achievable development goals.
Recommend development opportunities such as mentoring, job shadowing, industry education, certifications, stretch assignments, leadership development, and process improvement initiatives.
Create 3-4 personalized plans aligned with both employee aspirations and business objectives.
Review and present completed plans with employees and leadership.

Successful candidates will have:

5+ years of proven experience in career coaching, talent development, organizational development, or Learning & Development consulting.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to design practical, customized development plans in organizations with limited existing L&D infrastructure.
Experience within wealth management or financial services is considered an asset.
