Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Business Analyst in the oil & gas industry in Calgary, Alberta.
Are you a detail-oriented Business Analyst who enjoys solving business process challenges, supporting system improvements, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization? This is an exciting opportunity to join a large enterprise environment where you'll play a key role in supporting Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems, business process improvements, and project initiatives.
Total rewards:

$56.35 - $65.00 hourly
Hands-on involvement in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Responsibilities:

Support SCM systems and applications by investigating and resolving business process and system-related issues
Gather, document, and maintain business requirements and process documentation
Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test scenarios
Coordinate testing activities and track defects through resolution
Analyze business and system data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to support system enhancements
Monitor project activities, timelines, deliverables, and process improvements
Provide ongoing support for business initiatives, reporting requirements, and operational projects

Successful candidates will have:

2-4 years of Business Analyst or related experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements
Experience mapping and improving business processes
Proven ability to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
