Agilus is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in the Oil and Gas Industry in Calgary, Alberta.
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the oil and gas environment. This role involves managing office tasks, coordinating communication, and supporting teams with documentation and compliance requirements specific to the energy sector.

Total rewards:
  • $25.00 - $30.00 hourly
  • 1 - year contract with a potential of extension
  • Monday to Friday in the office
  • Location: Quarry Park
  • Pay rate: depending on experience

A typical day:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
  • Provide administrative assistance for project teams, including scheduling and tracking deliverables.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare and process expense reports and purchase orders, and invoicing

Successful candidates will have:
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong MS Office and SAP skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with GEP is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
