Warehouse Manager - Supply Chain

Are you looking for the opportunity to lead a team and elevate warehouse performance to the next level?Agilus is recruiting for a Warehouse Manager - Supply Chain in the Medical Industry in Burlington, Ontario. We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, lead internal teams, and manage relationships with our 3PL partners to ensure accurate, on-time, and cost-effective distribution. This is a one year contract position A typical day:- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL partners, ensuring strong communication and alignment on service expectations.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees to foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee cycle counts, root-cause investigations, and inventory reconciliation between internal systems and 3PL records.
- Ensure the warehouse meets all health, safety, and regulatory requirements (e.g., WHMIS).
- rack KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
Successful candidates will have:- 3–5+ years of warehouse supervisory or management experience (3PL experience strongly preferred).
- Bachelors degree
- Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory controls, and WMS software.
- Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and maintain accountability.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Total rewards:- $31.00 - $33.50 hourly

Soft skills:- Experience managing multiple 3PL partners or high-volume e-commerce operations.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
