Supply Chain Analyst

Agilus is recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst in the plastics industry in a hybrid work environment in Burlington, Ontario.
The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and validating analyses, proactively identifying opportunities, and driving improvements that support Operations, Procurement and cross-functional partners to strengthen supply continuity and reduce risks.

Total rewards:
  • $80000.00 - $90000.00 annually

  • Hybrid: work from home 1 - 2 days / week

A typical day:
  • Maintain accurate material price files organized by category.
  • Track internal costs against market price developments, identifying gaps, reporting variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare quarterly reporting on costs, including market trends, forecasts and risk assessments.
  • Manage the Procurement savings tracker, verify savings with supporting documentation and report progress, risks and recommendations.
  • Generate ideas to lead or drive future cost-improvement initiatives
  • Consolidate data and prepare reports to support supplier reviews and management meetings
  • Review and assess masterbatch supplier quotations for new color matches to validate price competitiveness, engaging suppliers when required to achieve optimized pricing.
  • Track and report supplier monthly KPIs, maintaining oversight of performance metrics and controlling the annual cluster consolidation reports.

Successful candidates will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business
  • 2–5 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
