Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Manager - Restoration in the restoration industry in Burlington,, Ontario.
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from initial loss through completion with our client. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, managing project schedules and budgets, maintaining relationships with customers and insurance partners, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
What's in it for you:

$80000.00 annually
Location: Burlington, ON
Service Area: Burlington, Oakville & Mississauga
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (in office)
On-call rotation (approximately 1 weekend every 5-6 weeks and 2 weekday evenings every 4-5 weeks)

Company vehicle provided

Responsibilities:

Manage restoration projects from start to finish, including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Prepare estimates, manage project costs, review invoices, and maintain accurate job documentation.
Conduct site visits and quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in the restoration industry as a Project Manager Assistant or Technician.
Experience with restoration and estimating software such as Xactimate, Encircle, or DocuSketch.
Ability to scope restoration projects, identify causes of loss, and prepare accurate estimates.
Valid G Class driver's licence and clean driver's abstract.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
IICRC certifications are considered an asset.
