Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager in the Construction Industry in Burlington, Ontario.
Are you an experienced construction professional looking to take the next step in project leadership? We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure and industrial projects. In this role, you will help oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, documentation, safety, and client relationships while contributing to the successful execution of high-value construction projects.

Total rewards:
  • $110000.00 - $130000.00 annually
  • Earn a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets, estimates, and cost-control activities
  • Coordinate project schedules and monitor critical path milestones
  • Support change order pricing, documentation, and implementation
  • Monitor labour productivity, project costs, and cash flow performance
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
  • Maintain project documentation, drawings, permits, and reports
  • Support project planning, start-up activities, and execution strategies
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures

Requirements:
  • Assist in managing infrastructure, industrial, or civil construction projects
  • Deliver projects involving water, wastewater, transportation, or heavy industrial facilities
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of project scheduling and cost control
  • Apply project controls software and construction management systems
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Maintain strong documentation, reporting, and administrative practices
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions
  • Communicate effectively in fast-paced construction environments
