Synergie is recruiting for Warehouse Associates to support a high-volume warehouse. This is a physically active role requiring attention to detail, consistency, and work in a fast-paced setting.Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Warehouse Associates in the Warehouse Industry in in Brampton, Ontario. This is a physically active warehouse role focused on cleaning, sorting, and preparing reusable coolers for distribution. Associates will remove packaging materials, reassemble units, stack pallets, and transport products using manual equipment. The role also includes order picking and wrapping duties using voice systems. Candidates must be comfortable with constant movement, repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 70 lbs in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong safety and productivity standards.

Successful candidates will have:- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Experience with order picking (voice picking preferred)
- Familiarity with RF scanners or WMS systems is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality
