Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Scale House Operator in the Waste Management and Environmental Servives Industry in Berry Mills, New Brunswick.
Looking for a stable part-time opportunity where you can put your customer service and administrative skills to work? We're seeking a friendly, reliable, and bilingual Scale House Operator to join a busy industrial operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a customer-facing environment.
We offer:

$17.00 - $19.00 hourly
Consistent full-time schedule
Monday & Tuesday: 7am-3pm / Wednesday: off/ Thursday 12pm-8pm/ Friday: 12pm-8pm/ Saturday: 8am-5pm
Supportive team environment
Opportunity to work independently while interacting with customers daily

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers, drivers, and visitors in a professional manner
Weigh inbound and outbound vehicles and accurately record information
Process tickets, receipts, and related documentation
Provide customer service in both English and French
Enter and maintain accurate data and records
Answer inquiries and direct customers as needed
Support the smooth daily operation of the scale house

Successful candidates will have:

Must be bilingual in English and French
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using computers and administrative software
Friendly, professional, and confident interacting with the public
Reliable transportation is required (location is not accessible by public transit)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Clean Criminal Record Check required
