Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Warehouse Associate Opportunitys in the Warehouse Industry in in Belleville, Ontario.
Join a dynamic distribution center team and play a key role in moving products efficiently and safely. This hands-on Warehouse Associate position offers consistent hours, an immediate start, and the chance to build valuable experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
A typical day:

Offload products from trailers onto storage pallets
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility
Label and package orders accurately for shipment
Support daily warehouse operations and team workflow
Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines

Successful candidates will have:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Lift and handle loads up to 70 lbs consistently
Demonstrate warehouse or distribution experience
Operate or understand material handling equipment
Provide a clean criminal record
CSA-approved safety shoes required

Total rewards:

$19.50 hourly
4 day Work week
Earn $19.50 per hour with weekly pay
Work a stable Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday schedule
Immediate Start
Gain hands-on experience in a high-volume distribution center
Enjoy consistent full-time hours and team-based environment

Soft skills:

Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers to meet daily targets
Will have clear understanding of instructions and reporting issues promptly
the ability to stay organized and completing tasks within deadlines
Ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory handling
