Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Technical Service Representative in the Agriculture Sector in in Ardrossan, Alberta.
Join a dynamic ag team as a Technical Service Representative supporting growers and sales teams across the Peace Region. You’ll lead field trials, generate data-driven insights, and deliver technical training that drives product success. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role for a passionate agronomy professional who thrives in the field and enjoys influencing outcomes without formal authority.
Responsibilities:

Execute and manage large-scale grower trials and demonstration sites
Deliver technical training and presentations to sales teams and stakeholders
Collaborate with sales to align product positioning and customer support
Supervise interns and coordinate third-party research activities
Build relationships with key influencers and analyze field data insights

Successful candidates will have:

Hold M.Sc in Agriculture or related field with 1.5+ years experience or B.Sc with 3+ years relevant experience
Demonstrate strong knowledge of agronomy, crop science, or plant systems
Exhibit excellent communication and influencing skills
Maintain valid driver’s license and ability to travel including overnight

Total rewards:

$36.00 - $46.00 hourly
