Content and Communications Lead

Agilus is recruiting for a Content and Communications Lead in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.
Overview We are looking for a Content and Communications Lead to support a large Canadian financial institution’s Wealth and Digital Investing teams. This role plays a key part in shaping clear, consistent, and engaging internal communications across several programs and business workstreams. The ideal candidate is a polished communicator who can bring structure, clarity, and consistency to a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute internal communication plans that support project updates, change initiatives, and leadership messaging
Translate complex technical and business information into clear and accessible content for diverse internal audiences
Create polished materials including presentations, newsletters, announcements, talking points, and stakeholder updates
Maintain alignment and consistency of messaging across teams and communication channels
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to understand needs and provide proactive communication support
Ensure all content reflects brand standards, tone, and organizational expectations

Must have:

Strong internal communications experience within large or complex organizations
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
Ability to turn ambiguous inputs into clear, structured messaging
Experience supporting change initiatives, program communications, or enterprise-level project updates
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with senior leaders

Additional Consideration given to:

Experience in financial services or digital/technology environments
Knowledge of communication planning, content calendars, and multi-channel engagement

Total rewards:

$115000.00 - $120000.00 annually
