Agilus is recruiting for a Manager, Finance and Accounting in the transportation industry in Victoria, British Columbia.

This strategic role includes budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, risk management, and compliance. Total rewards:

$120000.00 - $130000.00 annually

A typical day:

Oversee full financial cycle: budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting
Lead financial analysis to support strategic decisions
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls
Manage risk, banking, treasury, investments, and taxation
Drive modernization of financial systems and ERP implementation
Develop dynamic forecasting and financial models
Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team
Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational strategy

Successful candidates will have:

CPA designation required; CFA, PMP, or CRM considered an asset
Minimum 5 years of progressive financial management experience
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and compliance
Experience with ERP systems; implementation experience preferred
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Eligible to work in Canada and obtain Enhanced Airport Security Clearance
Willingness to work outside normal hours as needed
