Agilus is recruiting for a Recruiter in the real estate industry in Victoria, British Columbia.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment, collaborate with leaders, and support onboarding programs to create an exceptional employee experience. Total rewards:

$65000.00 - $75000.00 annually
Extended health and dental benefits after 3 months (50/50 split)
3 weeks of paid vacation
Flexible work option: 1 remote day per week after probation
Casual Fridays and quarterly staff events
Collaborative, team-focused culture
Opportunity to influence recruitment strategies and processes
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

A typical day:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles
Develop and post job ads; source candidates via multiple platforms
Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates to managers
Collaborate on job descriptions and recruitment timelines
Prepare employment letters and contracts
Maintain accurate digital employee files and onboarding documentation
Guide new hires through orientation and HRIS access
Support HR programs and process improvements

Successful candidates will have:

Diploma or degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years in full-cycle recruitment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively
Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
