Agilus is recruiting for a Temporary Administrative Assistant in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta.
Our client is looking for some temporary help during their busy season. This person will be joining a welcoming and friendly team, handling a variety of administrative tasks for the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Stocking the copy rooms and ensuring supplies are at capacity
  • Delivering mail to different offices/floors between two buildings
  • Assisting with internal events
  • Providing reception coverage when needed
  • Data entry, filing, and photocopying

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or office administrator
  • Professional communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Fluency with MS Office
  • Available for the full duration of the contract

What's in it for you:
  • $23.00 - $25.00 hourly
  • Duration of contract: November to December 23rd, January
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-office, either 7:30 to 4:30 or 8am to 5pm
  • Location: downtown Calgary
  • Training provided
