Receptionist needed ASAP for a temporary to permanent role in downtown Victoria! Agilus is recruiting for a Receptionist in the property sector in . Our client is actively hiring for a Receptionist to join their office temporarily, with the goal to turn the role permanent for the right fit. Perfect person for this role is highly organized, has great communication skills, and is looking for a long term fit. What's in it for you:- $22.00 hourly

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Responsibilities:- Greeting incoming clients and providing customer service
- Organizing the incoming and outgoing mail, including taking the mail to the post office
- Answering the phones and managing the inbox
- Handling payments and expenses
- Filing, data entry, and updating spreadsheets
- Ordering office supplies
- Assisting HR team
Requirements:- 1+ year of administrative/reception experience
- Experience with customer service
- Tech savvy
- Fluency with MS Office
- Able to learn new tasks quickly
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
