Project Scheduler

Agilus is recruiting for a Project Scheduler in the Oil and Gas industry in Edmonton, Alberta.
Our client is a leader is Canadian energy and seeks a Project Scheduler experienced in simultaneously working on over 100 small projects, to assist with Scheduling activities within their in-line inspection program.
Responsibilities:

Experience with the development of robust project management practices, particularly in the area of scheduling, for a program that has limited processes and history in doing so

Requirements:

Experience with MS Project and Power BI
PMP Certification will be considered an asset
Experience with simultaneously managing scheduling activities for a large number of small projects (100-200) as part of a larger program
Experience developing a scheduling framework and practices from the ground up in an organization that previously did not implement scheduling practices
Experience working on small agile teams (our scheduling team is just 2 schedulers for the entire program of 100-200 projects)
