Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Project manager in the construction industry in Victoria, British Columbia.
A well-established and respected architectural practice in Victoria is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing team. Known for its commitment to design innovation, technical precision, and collaborative culture, this firm delivers a diverse portfolio of institutional, commercial, and residential projects ranging from $2M to $250M. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead complex projects and mentor a high-performing team.
How you will make an impact:

Lead project teams through Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation phases
Oversee preparation and review of tender packages and outline specifications
Manage Contract Administration (CA) processes and ensure compliance with project standards
Conduct code and bylaw analysis and implement quality control procedures
Coordinate with consultants and review deliverables for accuracy and completeness
Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and consultant invoices
Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior staff
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

You bring:

Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent education
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in BC or Canada
Proficient in Revit ACC (BIM) and knowledgeable in BCBC 2024
Eligible for AIBC registration
Demonstrated expertise in technical design and project delivery
Familiarity with Passive House, Step Code, and LEED® standards
Understanding of CCDC contracts and CA procedures
Valid BC Driver’s License

Total rewards:

$100000.00 - $125000.00 annually
