Lead Complex Builds with Purpose: Senior Superintendent Role in Commercial Construction
Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Superintendent in the Construction Industry in Edmonton, Alberta.
Agilus is recruiting for a full-time permanent Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects, including healthcare builds. This leadership role offers the chance to drive milestone-aligned execution while mentoring teams and applying LEAN principles in a dynamic, employee-owned environment.
Responsibilities:

Lead large teams on complex commercial construction projects
Manage project timelines, budgets, and milestone alignment
Support pre-construction and proposal development
Apply LEAN construction principles to optimize workflows
Ensure safety and compliance across all worksites
Collaborate with trades, clients, and internal stakeholders
Travel to project sites as required
Maintain high standards of quality and performance

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent
Experience managing healthcare construction projects
Journeyman trade certification
Technical diploma and/or Gold Seal certification
Advanced knowledge of LEAN construction practices
Proven leadership in delivering projects on time and budget
CSTS 2020 certification
Willingness to travel to various worksites
