Agilus is recruiting for an Operations Manager in the manufacturing sector in Abbotsford, British Columbia.
We're working with our client who are looking to hire an Operations Manager permanently in Abbotsford. This person will be taking ownership of operational outcomes and supporting product development.
Responsibilities:

Working closely with executives
Working with the operations, engineering, production development and continuous improvement teams
Improving operation systems and helping to double production goals
Analyzing ERP/MES data and overseeing process design
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in make-to-order cabinetry, furniture, or building products
Green or Black Lean Six Sigma Belt
Proven experience working on high-impact projects through to execution
Familiar with plant operations and product development
Technical fluency with ERP/MES systems

What's in it for you:

Location: Abbotsford
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full time hours
