Agilus is recruiting for a Site Reliability Engineer - Observability in the FinTech Industry.
Are you passionate about making systems faster, clearer, and more reliable? Join a fast-growing fintech innovator as an Observability SRE and take full ownership of monitoring and reliability across multiple product lines. You’ll work directly with engineering leaders to embed observability into workflows, optimize tooling, and deliver insights that drive business outcomes.
A typical day:

Define and maintain observability frameworks across all product lines
Implement and optimize tracing, profiling, and telemetry tools
Interpret telemetry data and identify instrumentation gaps
Build low-noise alerting and integrate with incident workflows
Automate anomaly detection and self-healing mechanisms
Deliver reliability scorecards and executive-level insights
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams
Champion observability best practices across the organization

Successful candidates will have:

5–8 years in SRE, observability, or reliability roles
Strong experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and ELK
Deep understanding of C# and .NET environments
Hands-on experience with APM tools and tracing/profiling
Ability to interpret code and identify instrumentation needs
Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines
Background in fintech, payments, or fraud detection preferred

Soft skills:

Strong communication and leadership skills without formal authority
