Project Manager-Print / Architectural / Millwork

Paris, ON

Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager-Print/Architectural/Millwork in the custom and print manufacturing industry in Paris, Ontario.

A day in the life:

Understanding project briefs and plans including the desired outcome and timeline, whilst collaborating with Sales/Account Managers
Assessing project costs versus budgeted costs; resolve discrepancies where required
Collaborating with Production Managers daily on individual work order progress through pre-production, production, inspection, shipment and installation
Ensuring documentation and other materials (e.g. finish samples, etc.) are prepared, approved and available to the required departments for production
Maintain strong client relationships; provide regular updates and manage expectations.
Work closely with Production Managers to track work order progress through all phases.
Champion the project from approval through to final invoicing.

Successful candidates will have:

2–4 years of project management experience in custom manufacturing and/or retail operations.
Must have coordination experience with a physical product
Experience in both client-facing and production environments.
Architectural or Millwork project management experience is an asset.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
PMP certification or working towards it is considered an asset.
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Annual salary up to $62,000, commensurate with experience and skills. Candidates with architectural, print, or millwork project management experience may be considered for a salary of up to $65,000
