Project Manager - Land Development

Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager - Land Development in the Engineering consulting industry in Kitchener, Ontario.
The Project Manager - Land Development will work in both private and public development projects. These projects are located throughout Kitchener-Waterloo, London & the Greater Toronto Area. This role is responsible for site development to municipal infrastructure upgrades projects.

A typical day:
  • Planning, executing and delivery of land development projects,
  • Ensuring the project is within budget and on schedule while managing the clients’ expectations
  • Leading proposal efforts including completing project scoping and RFP assessments
  • Managing project execution
  • Managing project financials including invoicing, progress payment certificates, collecting accounts receivables and managing project budgets

Successful candidates will have:
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3- 5 years in a project management role
  • Professional designation (P.Eng.)
  • Understanding of the subdivision process
  • Technical understanding of applicable government technical standards and general engineering practices, processes, and legislative regulations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
