Agilus is recruiting for a Administrative Assistant in the office sector in London, Ontario.
At Agilus, we help provide temporary and permanent staff to our various clients across London with their open administrative roles. We're looking for candidates interested in being on-call for temporary admin roles, permanent admin opportunities, and contract roles.

A typical day:
  • Front desk coverage - answering phones and greeting clients
  • Organizing mail and couriers
  • Data entry, filing, pulling reports
  • Setting up boardrooms for meetings, taking minutes, creating presentations
  • Calendar management and travel booking
  • Invoices, expense reports, and ordering office supplies

You bring:
  • 1+ year of various administrative experience
  • Fluency with MS Office
  • Flexibility with availability and schedule
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
