Agilus is recruiting for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant in the different Industries in Calgary, Alberta.
If you are open to on-call, temporary and permanent roles in the office environment, we are looking for you!

A typical day:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.

Successful candidates will have:
  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Total rewards:
  • On-call, temporary and pemanent positions
  • Pay Rate: $20-$30 (depending on experience and client requirements)
  • Location: Calgary
  • Work hours: Monday to Friday
