Agilus is recruiting for multiple Executive Assistants in the manufacturing industry in Toronto, Ontario.
At Agilus, we help provide temporary and permanent staff to our various clients across Toronto and the GTA with their open administrative roles. We're looking for candidates interested in being on-call for temporary admin roles, permanent admin and executive assistant opportunities, and contract roles.

Responsibilities:
  • Front desk administration
  • Calendar management, travel booking, coordinating meetings
  • Filing, data entry, reporting
  • Expense reports, invoicing, ordering office supplies
  • Customer service
  • Creating presentations, taking minutes at meetings, proofreading correspondence

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a professional administrative role
  • Fluency with MS Office, any fluency with SharePoint or SAP will be an asset
  • Flexibility with availability and schedule
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Tech savvy

What's in it for you:
  • 55K - 75K annually
  • $55K - $75K + (depending on role, experience, and client)
  • Schedule options: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am to 5pm
  • Work model: full time in-office
  • Short term temporary roles, long-term contract options, and permanent hires
