Senior Electrical Engineer

Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer in the Engineering Consultancy Industry in Windsor, Ontario.
The Senior Electrical Design Engineer plays a key role in developing electrical layouts and schematics for a variety of projects, including industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities.
A typical day:

Develop electrical schematics and layouts (SLD, lighting, power distribution, etc.)
Prepare technical reports (Ex. power studies, ArcFlash) for review.
Conduct field checks for data gathering and verification.
Support construction administration and system commissioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards,
Contribute to continuous improvement and team success.

Successful candidates will have:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technologist diploma (electrical focus).
Holds a valid Professional Engineer License.
Minimum 7 years of experience in an electricalengineering environment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite. AGI32, SKM, and BIM 360 are assets.
Familiarity with CEC, OESC, ESA, CSA standards.
Ability to perform fieldwork independently in various environments.
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Valid Canadian driver's license and ability to obtain U.S. work permit.
